Doyle Moore was born April 5, 1946 at Tylertown, Mississippi. He was saved in August, 1966, and was baptized by Lee's Chapel #2 Baptist Church in Picayune, Mississippi on February 19, 1967. He was ordained to preach by Needs Creek Baptist Church in Greenbrier, Arkansas, on October 8, 1971.

On August 17, 1968 Doyle was married to Linda Frierson of Picayune, Mississippi. Linda was born December 16, 1948 in Picayune, Mississippi. The Moores are parents of three daughters: Kara House born June 22, 1972, and twin girls, Rachael Self and Rebecca born July 25, 1975.

Brother Moore attended Southeastern College in Laurel, Mississippi, and Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas. He pastored Cleveland Baptist Church in Wynne, Arkansas.

Brother Doyle was elected as a foreign missionary to the Philippines in 1976. He and his family moved to Bacolod City on the island of Negros Occidental where Brother Moore is the Director of the BMA Bible Institute.
