International Missions
The Macedonia call to "Come over ... and help
us," states the purpose and reason for the existence
of the International Missions organization of the Baptist
Missionary Association of America. After Paul had seen the
vision, (Acts 16:10) he immediately made plans to go to Macedonia,
"assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us to preach
the Gospel unto them." The purpose is clear: Go and Preach
the Gospel.
More men are being trained as church planters. They are not
only going into new areas, but they are training others to
go as well. This allows the Gospel to be preached in more
places and more souls have been saved this year than ever
before in the history of the Baptist Association of America.
