BMMI - Meet Our Staff


Dr. Ralph Izard, Director of Operations - Missions Support Ministries
Dr. Ralph Izard became Director of Operations for Missions Support Ministries on March 1, 2005. Dr. Izard has been in private practice of medicine for many, many years. He and his wife, Judy, have been on many medical and evangelical missions trips in eight nations. They are active members and enjoy serving the Lord in their local church, the Temple Baptist Church in Little Rock. They are also actively involved in the Gideon International Ministries and auxiliaries.

Doris Dickey, Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Dickey joined the staff in 1997. Prior to accepting the position as administrative assistant, she had served in a similar position with the BMAA Department of Church Ministries since 1984. Her secretarial and office managerial skills are a great asset to the BMMI program. Her phone voice is often the first impression that many receive from the BMMI program. Doris is responsible for team organization and travel arrangements for team members, along with handling a mountain of correspondence and the monthly newsletter. She is married to pastor Joe Dickey and they have two married children and four grandsons. They live in Little Rock, Arkansas.
