Wade Allen was born December 29, 1972 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was saved November 11, 1979. Springdale Missionary Baptist Church in Springdale, Arkansas, licensed him to preach on July 15, 1990, and he was ordained by Antioch Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas on August 6, 1998.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas and a Master of Divinity degree from the BMA Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Texas.

Wade married Joanna Lynn Reddin, daughter of Brother and Mrs. George Reddin. They have two children, Carly Blair and Caleb Elijah.

The Allens were elected as missionaries to the Philippines in April, 2002, and moved to the Philippines in September of the same year.
